Contextual Design - Week 9

What we did:
1. Conducted contextual interviews with Wendy and Racquel.
2. Contacted program directors and set up interviews with Ron Desi, Director of the Business School (will interview 4/7) and Stephanie Gibson, Program Director for Publications Design (will interview 4/10).
3. Typed out notes from sessions.
4. Discuss/review our notes for themes, what we are seeing, next steps.
5. Read portions of Indi Young's book "Mental Models."


What we have planned:

1. Meetings with program directors.
2. Collect metrics data.
3. In general, have all data collected by the end of the week.
4. Get notes typed up.
