My sister is coming to my house for dinner on Sunday. I will ask is she is will to participate in our project. I have one other person in mind and I will try and contact him this week.
I spoke to a second participant who is willing to help us. He would fit our typical user profile; PDA user who travels and has tax deductible business expenses.
The one problem will be coordinating the time. He lives in DC but is in Baltimore every other weekend.

Goals:
Learn their current methods for keeping track of tax deductibles. Do they currently have a PDA, shoe box, Quicken? Do they do their own taxes?
Understand current frustrations.
